We recommend children be 10 years and older for our rides. If your child is under 10 and has ridden before please contact us to discuss before booking. Our recommendation is based on the confidence and strength of a typical 10 and under child.

We have a weight limit for riders of 110kgs

We are 3 hours approximately driving time from Melbourne or 20 minutes driving time from Mansfield. Some of our longer rides include transfers ex Melbourne (Tullamarine) Airport.

The ride time listed on your booking is the time you need to arrive. We typically depart on the ride 30 minutes from the arrival time.. longer for our overnight rides. ie a 2 hour ride listed at 9.30am would depart by 10.00am and return by 12.00pm.. so still 2 hours of riding.

Our COVID policy is if you are unable to attend a tour due to COVID restrictions or we are unable to offer a tour due to COVID restrictions, then we first seek a mutually suitable alternative date and if that cannot be found we refund in full.

Our bad weather policy (heat and rain mostly) is that we will cancel / postpone a ride if it is unsafe or we deem the weather unenjoyable.
