ITINERARY

Day 1: Meet at our farm at 8.30am, we match you too a horse, pack your gear and then load horses onto a truck for transport to Telephone Box Junction. We then climb Mt Stirling onto the summit with 360 degree views. We then ride onto Clear Hills for lunch at ‘Craigs Hut’. After lunch a short ride before we load horses again and transfer to Flat Spur Camp ground. We enjoy a fireside dinner and swag under the stars.

Day 2: We ride past iconic high country huts Bindaree, Pikes and criss cross the Howqua River and ride down the high track to Ritchies Hut with plenty of cantering and looking over the Howqua River. We enjoy a saddle bag lunch at the hut. After lunch we continue down to 7 mile camp ground for our second night under the stars.

Day 3: After a hearty breakfast we ride down the river and into the historic Howqua Hills area visiting Frys Hut and then enjoy lunch before trucking our horses back to the farm to complete our ride.
